Midwest Right of Way Services has extensive experience in various types of public and private projects. Below is a representative example of our completed projects.
Our experience includes diverse types of projects including federally funded transportation projects, airport expansions, electric transmission line projects, and FEMA flood buyout programs.
We have provided ROW services for roadway, airport, pipeline, transmission line, conservation, and environmental mitigation projects for state and local agencies, railroads, utilities and energy companies.
State of Nebraska Department of Roads – Provided acquisition and relocation assistance services for several state highway projects.
Iowa Department of Transportation - Provided acquisition services for several state highway projects, bridge replacement projects, and multiple ADA ramp and sidewalk projects throughout several cities in Iowa.
Kansas Department of Transportation – Provided relocation assistance for eight buildings of an industrial manufacturing facility for a bridge replacement project in Atchison, Kansas.
Nebraska and Iowa Cities and Counties – Provided right of way services for Federal-Aid roadway, water, and sewer and drainage projects for over 30 cities and counties in both states.
Nebraska, Iowa, and Kansas Airports- Provided full-service acquisition and relocation assistance to 20 Nebraska airports, 2 Iowa airports, and 10 Kansas airports under Federal Aviation Administration oversight.
FEMA Flood Buyout Programs, Nebraska and Iowa – Assisted several cities and natural resource districts in Nebraska and Iowa with Hazard Mitigation Grant Programs. These included voluntary acquisitions together with relocation assistance for displaced tenants.
Linear Right of Way Projects – Provided full service acquisition and consulting for pipelines, railroads, and electric transmission lines in Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota and Minnesota.
