ROW ACQUISITION

Our agents understand the importance of meeting our clients’ project schedules while negotiating in good faith with all involved parties. Our agents are all members of the International Right of Way Association and are trained to comply with the procedures outlined in the Uniform Act.

RELOCATION ASSISTANCE

Our relocation agents are trained and experienced in providing relocation assistance and advisory services in accordance with Federal and State guidelines.

CONSULTING SERVICES

We have been involved with several project design teams to provide input on various design alternatives, provide information regarding property owner impacts, and cost information relating to right of way acquisition and relocation assistance.

 

TITLE SERVICES

Appraisal reports establish values for the land, permanent easements, and temporary easements, and analyze any cost to cure items. They estimate severance damages to the remainder for all affected properties to be acquired. Appraisals are used for all types of property acquisitions, from small temporary easements, to total property purchases requiring relocation assistance services.

Federal Aid Projects require that the appraisal reports be reviewed by a qualified review appraiser. Midwest ROW can provide qualified Appraisers and Review Appraisers that we are confident in determining fair values and condemnation testimony, if necessary.

CONSTRUCTION LIAISON

Midwest Right of Way Services Agents are well equipped to provide Construction Liaison services to our clients. Having in-depth knowledge of our client’s project, and having established a trusting relationships with landowners during the acquisition process, we are familiar with the intricacies of the impacts to each parcel affected.

We will document each property prior to, during, and after construction in order for the agency to analyze any potential damages and concerns of the landowners. This allows the agency to concentrate on their project management while MROW interfaces with the landowners.
